    Ratched action makes this cutter extremely easy to operate, resulting in quick, clean cuts. Cutting blade is made of special alloy, heat treated steel for long life. Cuts all rubber hoses and pvc pipe upto 1 1/2" O.D ( not recommended for PV200).
