It is formulated to remove oil, grease, wax, silicone, sanding residue and other surface contaminants from bare metal, primer and plastic. Pre-Paint Cleaner greatly reduces static build-up, which helps check dirt nibs and minimizes the need to wet sand and buff. Use after scuffing surface with Scuff Stuff.
