Shimrin Designer Pearls (PBC) are universal basecoats that may be cleared for a final finish, or used as a base coat for Kandys or Pearls. Shimrin Pearls (PC) are pure essence of pearl, with no colorant added. A base coat is required before the application of Pearl.
