and equipment. We work hard with manufacturers, buyers and internal structure to ensure we
can offer one of the lowest, if not the lowest, prices available.
We focus on great prices, data, order fulfillment and customer service. Due to these being our
focus, we have discontinued the "Best Price Guarantee" price match effective Feb 1st, 2011.
We looked at the time it took for us to do the due diligence on the price match, offer the
discount to the customer and the amount. What we found:
- less than 50% of the customer used the price match coupon once we gave it
- the majority of the price matches were for less than 5% price difference
- it was costing us more in customer service than we saved the customer or made on the sale
However, mistakes will happen. If you think our price is a mistake or is out of line and want to
alert us, we would welcome the opportunity to correct any pricing that is mis-priced in our system.
Our goal is to keep our prices at rock bottom to help our customer and at the same time keep our
staff gainfully employed. We appreciate your business and work hard each day to improve our company
