Brake Drum Micrometers
These micrometers measure the drum diameters on or off of the lathe, and maybe used to check out of roundness. Easy to read dials are graduated and shock proof. Part No. 8500 is graduated by 0.005" and has a range of 6" to 16.125". Part No. 8500-50 is a metric micrometer and is graduated by 0.1mm and has a range of 152.4 to 406.575mm. Part No. 8500-H is for heavy duty truck drums and is graduated by 0.005" and has a range of 6" to 26". Part No. 8539 is a micrometer extension shaft which will increase the range of part No. 8500 to a range of 6" to 26".
